To enter into a strategic HR profile, I enrolled in the Post Graduate Program in HR from Henry Harvin. Core HR functions like recruitment, performance management and employee engagement were walked through with practical examples by the trainer. My class was very interactive with case studies and discussions similar to what you would encounter at work. The curriculum itself seemed to be extensive, based on both the operational and strategic side of HR. I specifically liked how we discussed industry practices and tools. The trainer was quite supportive and motivated. The course as a whole prepared me with HR basics and gave me confidence in how to handle real-life HR job duties.

I enrolled to gain skill and knowledge. The trainer had good clarity over recruitment, performance management and employee engagement. I enjoyed case studies, discussions, and assignments which made my class interactive. It was a very in-depth curriculum. The structured approach and industry stories resonated with me. All in all it was an excellent exposure to HR, which helped me learn and practice the concepts that are relevant in the real world.
